Welcome to AutoMate AI Chat. By accessing or using our services, website, or communications platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
1SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Description
AutoMate AI Chat operates an SMS/MMS messaging program that may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, AI chat communications, order confirmations, account notifications, and service updates. By opting in, you agree to receive such messages from AutoMate AI Chat.
Opt-Out / Cancellation
You may cancel your SMS message subscription at any time. To stop receiving SMS messages from AutoMate AI Chat, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You will not receive any further SMS messages from our program. To re-subscribe, text START to the same number.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any text message for more information or contact us at info@automateaichat.online.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator. AutoMate AI Chat is not responsible for any delays in or failures to deliver any messages related to late or non-delivery.
Message & Data Rates
Message and Data Rates May Apply. Message frequency varies. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier for each text message sent or received. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your current plan.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS messaging service is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and regional carriers including US Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carrier support may vary.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to our SMS messaging program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you use. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on account activity. Marketing messages are sent periodically based on your preferences.

2Consent to Communications
By providing your contact information and opting in to receive communications from AutoMate AI Chat, you expressly consent to receive:
- Emails — account notifications, service updates, promotional messages, and newsletters;
- Autodialed Calls — calls placed using automated telephone dialing systems for account-related matters;
- AI-Powered Calls — calls powered by artificial intelligence for customer service and support;
- Text Messages (SMS/MMS) — transactional and, where separately consented, marketing messages delivered to the mobile number you provide.
This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Consent to receive marketing messages is separate from consent to receive transactional messages and is governed by the separate opt-in checkboxes on our sign-up form.
3Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving communications from us at any time:
- SMS: Reply STOP to any text message.
- Email: Click the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email.
- All communications: Contact us directly at info@automateaichat.online.
Please note that opting out of marketing communications will not affect your receipt of transactional messages necessary for the operation of your account.

Intellectual Property
All content on the AutoMate AI Chat platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, is the property of AutoMate AI Chat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AUTOMATE AI CHAT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOMATE AI CHAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoMate AI Chat and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Napa County, California.
Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be determined by binding arbitration in Napa, California, before a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
